What is unique about our Drop 2 Jean Sizes In 42 Days Challenge is that it challenges any fitness level. Whether it's your first fitness challenge or your hundreth, dropping 2 jean sizes presents you with a healthy mentality. A goal that isn't about dropping a certain amount of pounds, but about fitting comfortably into your "hot" jeans!

Your hot jeans are your own goal. You're not trying to fit into someone else's hot jeans here. It's an individual goal! It's personal and you get out of it what you're willing to put in. We'll provide the tools and the encouragement that you need to take you through six weeks, you bring your best attitude and we'll succeed! 

THIS IS A CHALLENGE!

The top participant who show the best results in the SIX week period will gain access to one of our health & wellness package from FFC to help you continue your journey.

 

Participants are measured and weighed at the beginning, middle and end of the challenge and will all follow a strict clean, mainly green and grown on planet earth diet for the Six weeks, as show in our 132 page get lean cook book.

 

The program is designed to cut out sugars, highly processed foods and other overly consumed products in today’s society and to get you back to eating clean and nutrient dense diet.

 

The best part about this CHALLENGE is: You find an old pair or buy a new pair of jeans 1-2 sizes too small (depends on your training goals), and work your backsides off to fit into them by the end of the SIX weeks.

Our Bootcamps are taken by our highly experienced Personal Trainers to propel you and your training to the next level. We combine the nutrition support and fitness to get the most out of your SIX weeks.

 

You will get 3 Bootcamp sessions a week and 2 home workouts to complete which will be posted on our CLOSED FACEBOOK COMMUNITY. Access to our Facebook group will provide an infectious community of ladies who are all taking the same journey as you, to live your life to the fullest.
